Currency Services

We at Manav Forex Pvt. Ltd. deal into buying and selling of all types currencies* accepted over the world. Company has been carrying on foreign exchange business and has been successfully able to cater to wholesale, retail, travel and commercial foreign exchange requirements of Dealers in Foreign Exchange (FFMC's and AD's), corporate bodies, travel agents and individual private clients as per the RBI (RESERVE BANK OF INDIA) guidelines.

When traveling, it is advisable to -

  • Buy destination currency
  • Carry the minimum possible foreign exchange in cash, as travelers cheques and Travel Cards are a better safeguard against loss by theft.
  • Do any currency conversion in the home country of either currency e.g. change USD to UK Pounds, or vice versa, in either USA or UK.
  • Avoid bringing back coins as they are not easily convertible. These would only be useful for future trips.


Currency service to Individual Private Clients
(Basic Travel Quota)

All types of currencies will be provided to individual customers travelling abroad as per the RBI (RESERVE BANK OF INDIA) guidelines. The customer needs to book the transaction before hand and provide the following documents.

Basic Travel Quota:-

The following documents will be required of the person who is travelling
(produce the original at the counter during the transaction):-

  • Passport
  • Ticket
  • Visa Copy
  • Basic travel Quota Form to be duly filled (available on the site)

Currency service to Corporate Bodies
(Business Quota)

All types of currencies will be provided to corporate clients travelling abroad for business purpose as per the RBI (RESERVE BANK OF INDIA) guidelines. The customer needs to book the transaction before hand and provide the following documents..

Business Quota:-

The following documents will be required of the person who is travelling
(produce the original at the counter during the transaction)

  • Passport
  • Ticket
  • Visa Copy
  • Business Quota form to be duly filed (available on the site)

Note

If the business quota transaction is to be done for the first time then than a KYC needs to be done.
The following documents will be required:-

  • Certificate of registration.
  • Memorandum and articles of association.
  • Shop and establishment license.
  • Address proof-like copy of latest telephone bill or electricity bil.l
  • PAN Card.
  • A brief write-up mentioning the activities of the entity.
  • List of Signatories.
